Project Support

Carolina CADWorks and Penrod Services global experience includes performance delivery to industrial, manufacturing and construction companies in North America, Europe, Russia and China, and includes close collaboration with general management, program management, project and engineering teams, manufacturing departments and facilities planning departments.  Customers typically call upon Penrod where project overflow, lack of in-house engineering departments, manpower shortages, or emergencies demand skilled support that can be tailored and scaled to satisfy flexible demands.

Project support has included Scope of Work (SOW), Matrix of Responsibility (RASIC) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for project control and management, and project budget tracking and changes.  Vendor and contractor research, RFP and RFQ review to Scope of work.  Along with many other project support activities.  The use of a variety of software from CAD, word processing, spreadsheets, timelines to presentation applications. 

From our location in the Upstate of South Carolina (Greenville area), national and international project support examples have involved submitting facility layout drawings of new and existing facilities for budgetary quoting.  Creating RFQ’s for overhead cranes, and expanding existing overhead crane systems turnkey projects.  Scope of Work creation for internal relocation of equipment that involved structural engineering, construction, rigging, process electrical and mechanical, and the re-commissioning of the equipment.
